1. Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger.
2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm). 
3. Use the chart below to determine your ring size.

Tips and Tricks

Do not measure your hands when they are cold, as they may have shrunk half a size.

Alcohol and salt can cause your fingers to swell. Do not measure your ring size after a cocktail or an aperitif.
